Swedish Body Massage

Relax and unwind with a full body massage. You will experience long, soft, kneading strokes to relieve tension from your muscles. Thoroughly indulgent organic essential oils are used to relax your senses and create a beautiful aroma. Massage Therapy is a great way to relieve stress, anxiety, tension and chronic pain, encourage relaxation, improve mood as well as aid sleep.

Back Massage

30 minutes £30

Thirty whole blissful minutes dedicated to your back, neck and shoulders.

Hot Stones Massage

60 minutes £55

Combining heat and massage therapy is wonderfully indulgent and relaxing. During this treatment, the heated basalt stones will relax your muscles, allowing for a deeper massage.

Indian Head Massage

45 minutes £40

Indian Head Massage is performed while you are seated. For best results, it is performed directly to the skin (the wearing of a vest top with drop-down straps is advisable). 

The treatment starts with an analysis of your neck and shoulder movement. The upper back, shoulders and neck are treated first before progressing to the scalp. I use natural aromatherapy oils on the skin and hair, which, when left in, enrich and condition the hair beautifully. 

Lastly, the décolletage and face are gently massaged, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and rebalanced.

All new clients will require a full consultation before undertaking any treatments. This takes approximately 15 minutes and will shorten the length of your first treatment.
