My Breathwork Mission
I blend breathwork, bodywork and trauma coaching to heal your mind, body and soul so you can live a life of resilience, health and happiness.
Through my coaching work, I came to a profound realisation: healing the mind alone is not enough. Trauma, stress, and repressed emotions don’t just live in our thoughts, they live in our nervous system, our breath, and our bodies. As Bessel van der Kolk has shown through decades of research, the body keeps the score. Until the body feels safe, true healing cannot fully occur.
That knowing is what led me to train for over 400 hours as a Breathwork Facilitator. Breathwork on its own is profoundly healing. Breathwork brings us back to our anchor. It reminds the body that it is safe. It restores regulation, clarity, and inner connection. That is why I offer breathwork inside and beyond the therapy room, in 1:1 sessions, group experiences, workshops, and community spaces. This work isn’t just something I offer. It’s something I deeply believe in.
I believe true healing happens when the mind, body, and nervous system are brought back into harmony. Breathwork is the bridge, grounding us, regulating us, and reconnecting us to ourselves in a world that constantly pulls us away. This is not just healing. It’s coming home to your body.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a conscious, intentional way of breathing that supports the healing of the mind, body and nervous system. One session can change your physical, emotional and mental state for the better.
Each guided session releases stored stress and supports emotional healing at a body level, where talk alone cannot reach. Regular breathwork allows us to peel back the layers we have built up over time, to allow us to do the deeper self-discovery and inner healing.

My Approach
I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator (GBPA, globally recognised), holistic therapist, and trauma coach.
In my sessions, I use a variety of breathwork techniques, including conscious connected breathwork, to:
- Process unhealed emotions and past/present triggers
- Expand your breathing capacity
- Strengthen your lungs and diaphragm
- Enhance performance and resilience
- Help you rise to higher states of vibration and awareness
- In 1:1 sessions, I work with your specific needs and goals. Alongside breathwork, I may also weave in intuitive energy work, bodywork, reflexology, Reiki, or coaching to support your healing journey

DIY audios can help, but deep, therapeutic breathwork is different. When you’re on your own, the ego or shadow-self often interrupts, making it hard to move through resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the intense, cathartic kind of breathwork?
My approach varies. What is important is that we work at a pace and with a breath that is right for you. We will always start gently, gradually paced, and consent-led. We aim for regulation, improved nervous system resilience - not overwhelm. Each session promises to be a beautiful experience for your mind, body and soul.
What will I feel after one session?
Reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and your body will feel safe. You will have clarity and a sharper focus. Many people leave feeling balanced, calm, but energised.
What if I get emotional?
Completely normal. I’m a trauma-trained coach, and we’ll move slowly and safely.
How many sessions will I need?
Some notice shifts in 1–3 sessions; others benefit from a series for deeper rewiring. I will work with you to understand your needs and tailor an approach specifically for you.
Can I combine this with reflexology, Reiki, or coaching?
Yes, many clients love the integrated approach.
What does a typical session look like?
Your initial consultation will include a breathing assessment and a detailed discussion of your health and goals before we begin any breathing exercises. This will last 90 minutes.
For each session thereafter, we will always begin with some preparation. I will explain the science and biology, and we will practice the breathing patterns. I will explain what you might expect physically and emotionally, and we will ensure you’re as comfortable as possible so that the brain and body feel completely safe before we begin.
Once we begin, I will guide you through a series of breathwork designed to prepare the body. We will then switch to stretching and regulating your nervous system, finished off with integration and grounding.
How long is a typical session?
Your initial session will last 90 minutes. Subsequent session durations will depend on your situation and the programme we have created for you. Typically, each session lasts one hour and approx. 40 minutes of that will be breathing.
Can I experience breathwork online?
Yes! I offer online 1:1’s and group sessions
What do I need for an online session?
A quiet space where you will be undisturbed, with a blanket, water, and headphones. You can choose to recline or lie down – whichever you prefer. Your laptop must be charged and placed where I can see you clearly throughout the session.
I have a health condition. Is it safe for me to do breathwork?
Some health conditions may be contraindicated for conscious connected breathwork. These include:
- Schizophrenia
- Psychosis
- Epilepsy
- Bipolar Disorder
- Heart conditions
- Galucoma or detached retina
- Extreme (high or low) blood pressure
- A history of strokes or aneurysms
- Recent abdominal surgery
- Early or delicate pregnancy
We can discuss these conditions before we work together, but you may want to seek professional medical advice beforehand.
